Yoga helps you feel the whole universe within you like one, this is the union yoga creates.

Here are the five health benefits of yoga:

  1. Increased Immunity- yoga helps nourish your immunity. yoga heals and enhances each and every cell in your body. This helps you keep a strong immunity which in turn helps you fight off infections.
  2. Increased Metabolism- Good metabolism is key to control your weigh. yoga keeps our body metabolism in check. So, in other words, yoga is one of the tools used to lose weight in a healthy way.
  3. Reduce stress- Just a few minutes of yoga every day keeps our energy up. The tensing and relaxation of muscles, and also the controlled breathing gives us a calm feeling. Many studies have shown that a few minutes of yoga for weeks can help us sleep peacefully and eliminates insomnia.
